Caldera receives information you choose to provide through the inquiry form or email-subscription form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, title, organization, email address, phone number, the nature of your inquiry, and your message.

Advisory inquiries are processed by Formspree, and permission-based email subscriptions are processed by MailerLite. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which may receive standard technical request data. These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.

Retention and choices

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, or to meet legal obligations. You may ask Caldera to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any legitimate recordkeeping or legal requirements.
